After roughly 25 seconds of the race and into a deep water crossing, our dial shorted out, taking the air away immediately. After observing the product, improvements were needed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith the huge amount of air that our systems output, we quickly started getting feedback that we needed a control dial to actually turn it down. For racers, getting rid of failure points is critical, which is why our controller kit is over built, completely sealed and uses quality components, assembled in America. While it's not cheap, neither is your race program or trip to the trails. Don't lose your air due to a cheaply made, non-sealed unit that could leave you hot and with a fogged up visor. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith an off switch in the counter-clockwise position, you can control the air from 20%-100% output, or turn it off by clicking it all the way counter-clockwise until it clicks.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe printed circuit board (PCB) is made in Colorado, not China, which gives us control over the product and peace of mind that we are receiving a high quality foundation to our control system. Our American-made PCB is then fully potted (sealed in a housing using epoxy made for electronics) and wired with high quality TE brand Deutsch connectors, 14 gauge TXL wire, braided split loom and heat shrink for protection from the elements and abbrasion. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe control dial system is mostly plug and play, with the only connection being the positive (to a switch) and negative wire to the battery. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShips with wire harnesses, control dial, rocker panel mount insert and eyelets for the battery.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStandard lengths are 6' for both the power and pumper wire harnesses. The power wires are bare. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* We always recommend an on\/off switch, even though the dial has an \"off\" position. This is because the system will still draw power when it's in the off position.
