About Us

3D Air Systems exists because of failed, brand new units in our racing group. The amount of frustration of losing your helmet air less than 30 seconds into a race cannot be put into words. After a long look into the products we were using, upgrades were needed. At first, trying to modify the existing products to function better was the goal. The pictures on this page are from one of the first races with our modified units. Multiple river crossings and an insane amount of dust in the valley of Columbuus, Montana, was a great way to find out we had a long way to go with trying to modify available products. Selling them wasn't the intent, we just wanted something that worked for our CanAms that we race in the Yellowstone Off-Road Racing series and Ultra4. After many iterations, we found that only so many improvements could be made with what we had, and we went to the drawing board. After getting input from multiple racers that had much more time on the track, new ideas were formed. During testing, we quickly realized that everyone else had the same issues and they kept asking how they could get one too. The good feedback was so strong that 3D Air Systems was born. Each time we focused on an aspect we wanted to make better, it snowballed into making an entirely new system, with no compromises to quality.

Every aspect of 3D Air Systems has been tailored around racing and recreational off road enthusiasts. From the CAD designers to our website developer, test mules and general input, everyone has a passion for everything off road and many years of racing experience. No issue was too small, and we took all input, even if it was someone's first time using an air system. This remains true today, as improvements are constantly being massaged into our products. Our customers should always feel open to let us know how we can make a better product. Leaning into additive manufacturing (3D printing) allows us to make changes on the fly and push the envelope of what's possible. The product offerings will continue to grow as we catch up with the huge demand and continue to see opportunities to improve everything that we can. 

As we get off the ground, you'll be seeing more and more of the cool things that we're doing in person, as we have a lot of early adopters all over the country that have stood by us as we try to show the world how good an air system can be. Some of the biggest naems in the industry have been helping us to develop something to be proud of, and we can't thank them enough.
