The outer pre-filter sock is used to fit our full size filter, providing an initial layer of protection for the main filter, keeping it cleaner for longer. Maintaining a clean and dry filter is important to keep the airflow in your helmet optimal. Water is the main enemy for a filter, but this sock helps to keep moisture and debris from getting into the filter media and ruining air flow.
These socks are made specificaly for our filters by Filter Wears in California and have our logo on the top of the non-stud filter.
